Job Description

Process: – Voice-Technical Support process
Job Location: Surat
Experience: 0 to 3 years- Both Fresher’s and Experienced candidates are
eligible
Qualification: Any Graduate (BE / B.Tech /MBA) and Diploma holders.
Salary Package will be between 1.8 to 3.0 Lpa.
For 6 month the candidate will be in training period.

Skill set required:
Note 1: Good communication Skills.
Note 2: Immediate joinees are preferred
Note 3: Willing to Work in Night/rotational Shifts
Note 4: Willing to work anywhere in India.
Note 5: Candidate have to clear 3 tests during the training program.

1.    SYMANTEC -   It is a Chat process , need candidates with Excellent Communication Skills 

( Written ) since this is chat process.

 

Eligibility:

·         Average communication skills and excellent written communication skills.

·         Basic Technical knowledge.

·         Candidates should be ready to work in night and rotational shifts. (Females will have fixed night shifts from 9pm –6 am).

·         Candidates should be willing to relocate to Jaipur

·         Undergraduates with experiences can also apply

·         Freshers can be considered. Would be getting stipend during the training period.

·         Stipend- 90000 p.a.( given during training period only for Fresher)

·         Training Duration- 3-5 Weeks.

·         Free Guest House Accommodation for initial 15 Days

·         One time travel reimbursement from base location till Jaipur at the time of joining
